Does the Church provide or suggest ticketing (help desk) software for Stake Technology Specialists? We have quite a few things that we are working on and I would like a better way of recording and tracking them.
Has anyone developed training materials (PowerPoint presentations, handouts, etc.) to train Stake and Ward leaders on the new website and its features? Also, has anyone developed anything for training Ward members?
