How are you "backing out"? A lot of websites don't handle using the "back" function of the web browser.

Re: I can no longer access the directory for my Cherry Hill NJ Stake Leaders

I can no longer access the directory for my Cherry Hill NJ Stake Leaders. I'd check with your ward clerk to make sure your records haven't been moved out. Why is it that my message must contain more characters than I need for my question before it will be accepted? You must type something in the me...

Re: Our ward has been moved out?

If I go into maps and search for the Santa Clara 3rd Ward (Utah), I'm pointed to 3040 Santa Clara Drive, where Santa Clara 1st, 3rd, and 5th meet. The meetinghouse on 3680 Pioneer Parkway holds the 8th and 15th wards. So, it sounds like the church computers think you are moving. The calendar notice ...

Re: Calendar 3.0 released

why remove perfectly good features during an UPGRADE. I think it was a re-write. I doubt if they re-wrote it just for fun. Especially with their backlog of projects. I'm guessing there was something about the old code that required an expensive infrastructure. That's how we lost the Lesson Schedule...

Re: Our ward has been moved out?

First, I'd consult leadership on what's supposed to be happening. If this isn't what they had planned, then they need to straighten it out. I'm not sure, but the message may be coming from a change that FM did to their database. The calendar system pulls from the FM database to determine what wards ...

Re: Runtime error accessing seminary assessments

I think you're going to have to run this up your line of authority to report the problem.

A known new bug with the update. If anyone has been added by name, that will happen.

Correction. I believe that will give you visibility into their calendars. But you can't add anything. And you can only edit what takes place in a location where you are the building scheduler.

Re: Calendar 3.0 released

I don’t think there is a setting/calling that gives access to all Ward’s calendars and the Stake ones. If there is, someone can let me know and I’ll get it added. Try assistant stake clerk. Note that it can take up to 24 hours for changes to take effect. I think pretty much anyone at the stake pres...

Re: Changing a photo on behalf of another member

As the website administrator for my ward, it seems like, ... my calling has become just a name only. As far as I know, Website Administrator is indistinguishable from Ward Calendar Administrator. I think that's the only power the website admin has left. I have yet to see anyone claim otherwise. (An...
