Re: 13 Yr Old YW & Ministering

If you read the official letter from November 17th with the subject "Children and Youth—Overview and Frequently Asked Questions" at the bottom of page 9 it says: Classes are organized by age-group, and young women progress between classes in January of the year they turn the age of the nex...

Re: Duplicate Record Removal

Thanks. If you merge records which record will be kept in that scenario? I am guessing it is the newest created one as that would appear logically as a correction. Is that accurate? From the Help Center article Merge Duplicate Records it sounds like the actual merge is performed manually by someone...

Re: Reimbursement - Lesser amount than Receipt

I don't know of any documentation that says one way or the other. But personally I feel more comfortable if the items are marked or if at least the member has provided a note indicating why they are not requesting the entire amount.

LCR has the ability to merge duplicate records. It's found under Membership > Merge Duplicate Records in the LCR menu.

Re: Donations History

That does show a few members of other wards who donated to our fundraiser, or who received reimbursements from us. I suppose if I knew their MRNs, I might be able to edit a transaction. I don't see how I can add a MRN to a non-member participant. I don't think I can merge member and non-member part...

Re: Donations History

In LCR you can filter the Participants tab for Non-Member and Donors. Reviewing that list may often be enough to find such problems.

Re: Ministering Companionship Limit per Household?

I don't know of any policy statement about it but that appears to be the limit imposed by LCR.

Re: Annual Tithing Declaration - Donor Year End Statements

When I go into Donor Statements in LCR, I can't even generate a new statement for the previous year. It's probably because I cant' delete the pregenerated donor statement which only goes through Sept. 30, 2019 but we need one for the entire 2019 year. Can you generate a new donor statement for the ...

Re: Missionary Fund Withdrawal process

If you're in an area with equalized contributions then CHQ will withdrawn the standard amount at the beginning of each month (the specific day varies but generally during the first week) from their sub-category starting at the beginning of the month when they leave on the their mission. This often m...

Re: Mission Fund

Nothing ever gets automatically withdrawn from the top level Ward Mission Fund. The only way anything leaves that category is if you transfer it to another ward missionary subcategory or transfer it to the stake. In both case your unit has to initiate the transfer. The stake will generally only ask ...
