Re: Budgets for Youth Activities divided "equitably"

Amount should be equal per youth. Our Ward is doing $40 per youth. So if you have 10 YM and 6 YW you would budget annually $400 for YM and $240 annually for YW? It’s hard to define youths if you are counting active/inactive or just total youths in the attendance roll. Is this correct how you are do...

Re: Change in Recording Sacrament Meeting Attendance

I love this new change for tracking sacrament attendance online in LCR. I was hoping they would do this attendance tracker for all the other organizational units also such as relief society and Elders Quorum. How have other wards been keeping track of attendance for the other organizations to update...

Tithing discrepancy - overpayment

If a member indicates they wanted $50 into the tithing fund but put in $70 cash in the envelope, how should we handle the overpayment if the member left already for that day and we could not contact her for verification? Would it be better to deposit the entire $70 cash into tithing and then refund ...

Budgets for Youth Activities divided "equitably"

Could you help clarify the new changes that budgets for youth activities must be divided "equitably" between the number of boys and girls? Are they referring to the quarterly budget allowance or the annual budget that we budget for each organization? I see in the quarterly budget allowance...

Re: Viewing Past Ward and Stake Histories

In the pamphlet "Church History Guides" the #1 stated purpose of creating Ward and Stake Histories is to "Bring members closer to Christ by helping them remember what God has done for His children and that He always fulfills His promises." This statement strongly suggests that t...

Stake Calendar lds tools app

I have noticed that the Stake calendar on the lds tools app does not sync or update correctly with the lds.org calendar. I have sync'd the lds tools app and still not seeing some events show up in the app that are in the online lds.org calendar. I have set the app to the entire Stake calendar also. ...

Missionary - Check reimbursements

If we need to write out a check to a missionary for reimbursements that they paid out of pocket for an approved expense, what is the best way to do this? They do not have a local bank to cash the check and mailing the check home to be deposited is too much effort. Cashing the check at a retail store...

Delete non-member payee

Once a expense has been paid to a non-member payee, can you delete that payee? What happened was the address was incorrect or the spelling was incorrect and need to delete it and create a new one. It seems like once an expense has been created, you are not allowed to delete the payee?

IROP expense

If our distribution budget account does not have the necessary funds to cover an IROP expense, does it take the funds from a different budget account? For example, we budgeted $200 for purchasing materials from the distribution budget but placed an order that took it above $200. Does the online stor...

Re: Blank Bishop's Food Order form

Does anyone know or have a blank Bishop's Food Order form that we can give out to the member's ahead of time to fill out before entering it online? Since the member does not fill out the form, I doubt it will be easy to find one. Normally, the Relief Society president works up a food order with the...
