PAF 5 under WINE works well!

With WINE 1.1.21 I have installed PAF 5 and have it running with no problems. I have only had it running for two months, and have not done a LOT with it, but it works "out of the box". Ancestrial Quest v 12.1 also works under WINE with no tweaks.

Or am I the only one with this success?

PAF has always been able to be used from a USB ("thumb" or "pen") drive. For two years I had PAF and PAF Insight functioning quite nicely off my USB drive. It would be really helpful to locate Family History Centers.

I love the maps application! Sometimes I will refer people to maps, which is easier to use finding Family History Centers than familysearch.org. The other dates, like all duplicate information (I have one relative endowed 15 times) should be sent to a archived or referenced but not listed.
