Re: Remote work

Can anyone say "instant messaging"? I once worked more than 10 years ago where there were no cubicle walls even. The idea was the same as you describe. Quick chats and no ability to have high intensity, heads down, individual work sessions. No thanks! I would think by now that the concept ...

However, when I mentioned my desire to work remotely they simply said that being at the office in SLC was a necessity. I also have experience working on remote teams for a company I have been employed at for more...

I would like to invest some time in getting the indexing app to work on 64-bit linux (Ubuntu 15.10). Would it be possible to get the source code and build environment?

1. We would probably find the need to do some content massaging on the device to adapt to what is best for Android. More on this below. 2. I don't know that anyone on the GLA team has investigated CacheManager. Someone should and make a decision as to whether there is a benefit to GLA. We store the ...

Hymns on Android

I received this email today: Hi Jack, I'm just an Android user wondering when the Hymns will be downloadable/viewable in the Gospel Library for Android. (I understand you're the team lead for the project.) I have some school experience programming in Java, and have dabbled a tiny bit in Android prog...

My last response may have been confusing. Reveal Reader supports adding your own content to Reveal Reader not GLA (Gospel Libary for Android). You do this by turning your text into a YanceyWare book (YBK) and adding it into your Reveal Reader library. Read more about creating YBKs at http://yanceywa...
