Does the church still use RoboHelp and MadCap Flare? What is the preferred software choice(s) for LDS technical writers? Why?

The edit (pencil) icon was not showing for me. This time, I switched browsers, which gave me the edit icon.

I did something amazing -- I peeked at the Help files. I see there are 10 ward positions with the abiltiy to edit photos. I checked the compatibility settings. LDS.org was not listed among those. To be sure, I removed all from the compatibiltiy settings, closed and reopened my browser. Same problem. I do have a continual circle (hourglass), so the system pretends to be working, and I also tried the 32-bit version. So.....
