Re: Home Teaching

You should also be able to see this information when you are editing a companionship and you add a new teacher or assignment, if you click the dropdown arrow next to the text box you get a list of teachers or households that can be assigned. Within that dropdown you can select HP, or All, and also c...

Re: Cyrilic in HT/VT in LCR

I'm able to see Cyrilic characters in the PDF if I select a language that uses them like Ukranian or Russian. Is that not working for you? If you're language is set to English then it won't print the Cyrilic characters, but if you set the language before printing it should work.

Re: Members being left off of home teaching household list

Another workaround, although it's not the easiest to view as a large list, is on the companionships tab, you can go into edit a companionship, click on add a teacher or assignment, and then click the drop down arrow. There you can select HP and unassigned, and see everyone you need to see, and assig...

Re: updating home teaching assignments

Rick, Thanks for the report. In your case it looks like there are some members that have moved from your unit, but are still assigned in the companionship you're trying to edit. We have a process in place that should automatically remove members from HT/VT assignments when they move out of the unit,...

Can you verify your browser is not in private mode? That's a known issue that hasn't been resolved yet, Safari in private mode will not display the site correctly.

Re: High priest and Elder assignments

For right now it is. The overview and households tabs are not currently based on class assignments. They will generally show Elders in the EQ, and all others in the HP. The one exception to this is if you assign a family (within home teaching) to be taught by a specific quorum they will then show up...

Re: LCR - Two persons with the same name

You can click the arrow to the left of the name and it will expand to show contact information (including email and phone). I would think this would allow you to differentiate in most cases (you would need two people with the same name, living in the same household with no individual phone or email ...

Re: High priest and Elder assignments

You should be able to assign anyone to teach or be taught in either quorum regardless of class assignments. On the companionships tab when you edit a companionship you should be able to add anyone who is eligible to teach or be taught. You can either type their name and select them from the autocomp...

Re: Manuals for 2015

Speaking as a forum administrator, I would note that we don't have a very granular way to identify those who have inside information. So we use the "Church Employee" badge for employees, missionaries, or contractors who have some position in the Church organization that allows them to spe...

Re: Manuals for 2015

Things happened faster than I had expected (that's always a pleasant surprise). The 2015 manuals should now be available.
