I tried smiling, but it came out more like a grimace. I cleared my cookies and cache and closed my browser. Still the same eternal spinner. I tried this originally on Firefox 3.6.6, then on IE 8.0.7600. One interesting thing on IE: I got a Javascript error: Webpage error details User Agent: Mozilla...

I may have missed this already, but why can't I access an individuals IOS from the directory? Currently, the only way I can do it is to view the list of callings, and then click on an individual name to bring up a floating window with the IOS on… surely the IOS should be available straight from the...

My point is that it can be nice to have someone else updating the ward calendar(s), maintaining news and information, and overseeing the message on the homepage of LUWS. And there may be times when a woman might be the best person to fill that role. Same thing with an IT specialist. Unless there is...

I totally agree, and can foresee other situations where an "admin" might not need to be called into a bishopric as a clerk. In LUWS, you can specify any admin as the ward see's fit, but the new beta.lds.org tools with admin functions seem tied to specific leadership callings, and I'm not sure if th...

The only things I can think of are: ⋅ Ask the old stake to see if the members still show up in their stake MLS. If so, the old stake could remove those people. But that's a long shot -- the old stake probably can't see those former stake members anymore. ⋅ It would also be inter...

Old Stake Callings

We've got a problem with some stake callings that show on the Members with Callings report. A few months ago our ward was moved to a new stake. Since then all of the members of our ward who had stake callings in the old stake still show as having those callings. I know that at least some of those ca...

Any idea on the projected roll out of 1.3 in relation to taking the project out of beta? I believe that the current beta version is 1.2 but I beyond that I don't have any information (and I don't even know that for certain). I've been observing the development fairly closely but I'm not actually wo...

Although the overall administrators have administration rights because of their callings as identified in MLS and CDOL, calendar Editors are actual members by name. There is currently no way to connect a calendar to an organization, so there is no way to connect an organization's leaders to a calen...

Just wondering if there is a set guideline or list of current curriculum in the church, so i can take anything outdated to DI. For example, we have a ton of the old gospel principles book. Now that the new book has been issued for instruction, i believe i can take all the old copies out. Just need ...

I wonder if there's a way that the stake presidency or stake clerks (or a properly called administrator) can click a checkbox then to make all the members of the stake visible. I know privacy concerns would probably not allow this but the program is completely useless in the current opt-in situatio...
