The LUWS and the building schedule tools created by the church are not available to the UK yet, and probally will not for some time. You may want to see if the Beta LUWS is available to you. If it is you may soon have a working, sanctioned site. The stated intent is that the new website will be rel...

Just to report back, we resolved the problem this evening but I'm not exactly sure what finally fixed it. This afternoon I dropped by and tried the boundary realignment again, this time with the stake unit number in the system options set to our old stake. MLS still gave the same error message. It l...

In the ward MLS, has the stake name/number been updated in the System Options? I did update the stake number/name before trying the boundary realignment and the send data to stake. I was wondering myself if the boundary realignment should be done before changing the stake info. I may try changing i...

It's important to look in Stake MLS, under System Options on the Unit screen, to see if your ward shows up on the list of units. If it doesn't, then that means that Stake MLS won't be getting information for your ward. You can't edit the MLS list of units in the stake, but if you find that your war...

Transfer to new stake

Our ward was recently moved to a new stake which was itself divided into two at the same time. Our ward boundaries did not change. We were just moved to the new stake. About a week and a half ago the change showed up in CDOL and in LUWS. However, the stake MLS has not received any membership records...

I was recently working on reviewing the constants that are being used, and it appears that the ones that have been used in the past had a WEBSITE_ADMINISTRATOR with an id of 96. This has been clarified to be the district website administrator. The new id is 1559. If there is a jira logged for this ...

I can see how that might possibly be different. No, we don't have a separate stake website administrator. But nonetheless, I am the stake website administrator, and I am listed separately as a clerk and as the stake website administrator on separate lines of the approver list. I would think that if...

All the approvers look correct at the stake level for my stake. Everyone is in CDOL correctly, and the stake presidency, clerks, and executive secretary all show up as approvers. So it may be that the problem you're seeing is only at the ward level. Do you have a stake website administrator who is ...

If you are website administrator and you don't have approver rights then you probably aren't listed with the calling in MLS or you're listed using a non-standard calling. Actually I just looked at the list of approvers for our ward and our website administrator does not show up even though he is li...

Calendar: I have not seen it explicitly stated, but since I am a ward website administrator, and I do not have admin rights on the beta calendar site, I would guess that the automatic admin rights only apply when such a calling is designated in MLS and the LUWS admin designation doesn't apply here,...
