I can see how that might possibly be different. No, we don't have a separate stake website administrator. But nonetheless, I am the stake website administrator, and I am listed separately as a clerk and as the stake website administrator on separate lines of the approver list. I would think that if...

All the approvers look correct at the stake level for my stake. Everyone is in CDOL correctly, and the stake presidency, clerks, and executive secretary all show up as approvers. So it may be that the problem you're seeing is only at the ward level. Do you have a stake website administrator who is ...

If you are website administrator and you don't have approver rights then you probably aren't listed with the calling in MLS or you're listed using a non-standard calling. Actually I just looked at the list of approvers for our ward and our website administrator does not show up even though he is li...

Calendar: I have not seen it explicitly stated, but since I am a ward website administrator, and I do not have admin rights on the beta calendar site, I would guess that the automatic admin rights only apply when such a calling is designated in MLS and the LUWS admin designation doesn't apply here,...

How are these two sites related? I would assume that the Beta site is being used to "beta" test new software and that corrections to the beta calendar would eventually be incorporated into the calendar on the "labs" site. True? I doubt it. The labs site is for experimental sites/features that may o...

True. That may be the simplest thing to do.

Tithing Declaration Reports and Stake Change

Our ward was just transferred to a new stake last week. Does anyone know whether we're supposed to submit our annual Tithing Declaration reports to the old Stake President because that's the stake we were in at the year end or to the new one? Our new stake doesn't have a Stake Clerk right now and I ...

What puts me off is the language that adds "... or on a computer network without our permission." That seem like it could cover a lot of things. Again, not authoritative, but here's one other data point. This exact same language applies to all of lds.org, not just LUWS. And if interpreted broadly, ...

So, do we have "permission" to use this feature and store this data in Google Calendar? And if so, do we also have "permission" to use the equivalent LUWS data there? I know nothing authoritative but I always interpreted 'post' here in the common usage of putting up for public (or semi-public) disp...

I have read three or four reports from users of ward MLS exports recently that in Membership.csv they found duplicate heads of household: There is more than one record, with distinct MRN and "Indiv ID" values, for the same "HofH ID" household with "HH Order" = 1 and "HH Position" = "Head of Househo...
