Accuracy

It's true, in many languages, a simple misconjugation in the spoken word could change it from present tense to past tense/ past to futures . . . . . . . etc.

Accesibility WebAim

http://www.webaim.org/ is an initiative of the Centers for Persons with disabilities at Utah State University. I know that they have a lot of really great content/suggestions/tools for making sites Section 508 compliant. I guess it's more important to get the product out the door, but I'm confident...

Comments

Just a couple of quick comments/observations I've had as I've read this thread: 1. we should never forget the typical end-user. As power users sometimes we have a stigma of build it just for people that are on broadband/Best Set-up . . . etc.. . . . If you build it they will come. yes this is true t...

Parallels

Parallels runs windows so well, I've stopped using my PC. PAF works really well on it, the only downside is that your running it in windows and using a great deal of RAM to do it. Parallels recently added a feature called Coherence which basically allows you to run the windows apps right inside your...

Rollover Idea

I really like this rollover idea. It reminds me of a search engine that I used recently. I think it's Ask.com. You can roll over an icon and it will show you a small rendered image of the each page in the results. Yep it is Ask.com. Go there and check it out. It is very slick. It would be great to s...

Just Wondering?

Quick Question: I administrate a Discussion Board on special education topics, and one of the problems/challenges that I have encountered is Spammers. Some of the spam has been very bad and vulgar. Have you had any problems with this using VBulletin? And if so, what are you doing to combat it. Thank...

If it's in PDF?

PDF I see where reachtheworld is going with this and I agree that it is likely that the print/publishing office should have some version (ps or pdf) that would look Identical to the paper copy. Why cant that be taken and optimized for the web so that there is at least some access to the Book of Mor...

If you build it they will come

With respect to the older population of our wards, I still think it makes sense to make the online calendars. My guess is that the data would show the older population with internet access has been increasing more and more as they correspond with family members, etc. . . . . . Furthermore the church...
