Okay, how about this one for a quick fix! In iTunes, click on the song/speaker. This will, as I previously mentioned, pull up the artwork for the file (the speaker). Right click on the photo of the speaker and select "copy". Without moving the mouse right click again on the photo and select "paste"....

This is clearly a family's own decision. While the Church has created a Facebook page and has done wonderful things with You tube videos, the Adversary has inspired others to abuse it and destroy men and women worldwide. This is why the family is the central unit in our Heavenly Father's plan; paren...

So to get around this, could I copy and paste the picture back into the individual "song"?

I deleted the Fall 2009 sessions off of two different iTouches and then using iTunes reloaded the sessions to both devices; in both cases, the artwork came over unique to each speaker/file. I don't know how often Apple updates the software, but it is running the most recent version. There are no set...

I thought I might throw in one more thing if it helps. I took the same files and imported them to my BlackBerry; the BlackBerry recognizes that the artwork is different for each speaker/file. So it would appear as though it is an iTouch issue?

The prior conferences were downloaded using the zip file for the entire session. When unzipped, it is unpacked as individual speakers; this was true for the previous conferences as well as this most recent one. In the category of "for what it's worth", I tried using another iTouch this morning with ...

MP3 Artwork

I have downloaded the most recent sessions of General Conference and am in a bit of a quandary. In previous year's Confernces, the artwork (a photo of the speaker) was unique to each talk and synced accordingly with my iPod touch; however this last weekend's is not cooperating. While the photo is un...

I tried something last night that appears to have worked. I requested a refresh from Church Headquarters; after it came I noticed all the positions/people we had modified were restored in MLS. I made the modifications again in MLS, transmitted, and crossed my fingers. Today CDOL is in sync. There ya...

Discrepancies between MLS and CDOL

In comparing the unit organization between MLS and CDOL there are a number of discrepancies-in this case MLS is correct. We are finding in CDOL multiple entries for the same person in the same calling and members who have been released but are still showing in CDOL. None of the duplicates are becaus...
