Calendar for all members to edit

Maybe this has already been answered but I am wondering if it is possible to create a calendar where all ward members have access to edit it? We want to create a calendar for ward building cleaning assignments and also a calendar where members can schedule private events.

In theory, you could create a calendar and add everyone by name, but that would be a lot of work to maintain.
Since most members don't have keys to the building, they'd have to work though someone anyway to get access. Might as well work though someone to schedule. At least until a "request" feature is added.
