I have a calling as the Stake RS secretary, but I am unable to view the stake calendars. As you can imagine, this is less than ideal. How do I fix this?

Odds are, you haven't subscribed to them. I think you can get to the subscriptions by clicking on the gear icon.

And in the new calendar, you now do this by clicking on the "choose calendars" link that is in the left-pane
