accessing directory through LDS.org

I am able to use LDS.org to pay tithing and other donations. I cannot access my ward directory or calendar from LDS.org. I am able to access the directory through my phone. How can I access through LDS.org?

Are you able to see them if you go to Directory or Calendar under the "My Account and Ward" menu, at the top right of the LDS.org home page?
If not, what do you see? Do you get an error message?

that is how I try to access, I cannot and I get an error message, any thoughts?

This account of yours doesn't have your MRN attached to it, but you do have a different account with you MRN on it. You will need to go to to the LDS Account page and recover your account using your MRN to find it. You will need to have your ward clerk give you the contact information for the global service center to get the two accounts merged.
