I was recently called as ward clerk in a YSA ward, My wife and I were both added to the ward as out of unit members. I can access the YSA ward membership info and that of its stake with my Tools account, but my wife cannot. How can she get access to the YSA ward too so she can contact members etc. as we serve together there?

I believe she has to be given a calling. And then it can take 24 hours before it starts to work.
