LCR access for ministering secretary

Does anyone know if there's a way for a ministering secretary to have access to see the ministering assignments, or will he just need to get it through the presidency?

If given the standard calling of "Elders Quorum Ministering Secretary" he should have access. A custom calling has no access.

If he was just called, he should wait for 24-hrs or so to allow the church systems to communicate (that is after his calling has been recorded). If he was sustained today, you should first make sure the clerk has recorded the calling (and that is a standard calling, not a custom calling as jdlessley suggests).
