Updating Pictures

I have been trying to update my personal photo and family photo in Member Tools. It’s keeps telling me it can’t do it and try again later. Is it a bug in the app?

Having the same issue. Can’t seem to fix it on my iphone or online

No, rather it is a system issue that is affecting the online sites as well as the mobile apps. See the Uploading photos thread for another discussion on the topic.

But it’s been an issue for about a year? It’s odd they would not have been able to resolve it by now.

For a long time it has worked for some and not for others. Now, it seems, something has happened so that it does not work for anyone. I imagine that will raise the level of effort in resolving the situation, but there is a whole lot of effort being devoted to all of the other recent changes, as well. I am not sure where the pictures fit on the priority list.
