Permissions for YM Advisors and Specialists

As the Young Men’s President and councilors we had access to member tools to view the youth and their ages to know what , who, would be where and how to contact them. Now being moved to the new calling Advisor or Specialist we no longer have this ability. Is this something that can be easily fixed as this was invaluable information.

Question is how to get this back?
