In our stake, one of the nine wards didn't receive their Introductory guide for children and youth, and Introductory guide for parents and leaders, booklets.
Who can I follow up with about that? Next Sunday they are supposed to role the program out.

There is no real way to follow up. Distribution sent them or they did not. Perhaps they will show up this week. If you do not have them by Saturday, you could make a copy of the one page you will need during the meeting (see the video) or just go with the blank paper method (also mentioned in the video).
And both guides will be online after Sunday.
