FIR Access for Family History Centers/Libraries

#1

Post by christed2003 »

Our Family History Center serving 3 stakes has no authorized access to submit facility reporting issues. The building is a stand alone building. Physical facilities offices were in the same building until this November allowing reporting directly. Are other family history centers/libraries having this same problem? Checking the access table there is no listing for family history center/library directors. How are facility issues supposed to be reported now. Talking to the contractor, they are no longer to respond to calls or word of mouth.

Is one of them an "agent" stake? Certainly you must have a "parent" organization.

I would report any issues to that stake's PFR (Physical Facilities Representative).
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

So we can better help you, please edit your Profile to include your general location.

The family history center has a parent stake. I will send you a PM.
