Tivoli not working
I was aked to install Tivoli on the FHC computers. But the software was already installed. I call the GSC an they told me the FHC should be connected in the port 3 of the firewall, witch I did, but it still doesn't open the documents;

Which documents are you talking about?
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
