Does the Church provide or suggest ticketing (help desk) software for Stake Technology Specialists? We have quite a few things that we are working on and I would like a better way of recording and tracking them.
My stake is using the Facility Issue Reporting (FIR) system for keeping track of open (and closed) STS-related action items. All entries remain at the stake level unless escalated to the FM group.
So we can better help you, please edit your Profile to include your general location.
How do you do that? Everything that we enter in FIR goes straight to FM - I've never seen any option to do anything else.
