donation in processing for over a month

I made two donations on August 3rd and they have been in processing ever since. They don't show up on my bank account statement, but if I try to cancel them it says they are too far along to be canceled. I made another donation on September 2nd, and that one processed within a day like usual (All are from the same bank account). I'm not sure what to do. It doesn't seem like they will ever be processed.
