I'm having difficulties with my account. So I go into the system and enter my account info. I can usually make 1 or 2 donations and it's fine but eventually one of my donations will be reversed and my account deleted from the system. I get an email with a list of possible causes of this which are these:
-You deleted the bank account from your online donor profile in the Online Donation application.
-We have received notification from your bank that the account information you provided was incorrect or your bank returned a transaction as unauthorized.
-You have had consecutive donations returned from your bank.
I contacted my bank and asked them if any of these were the case and they said none of these were true. And I had not deleted my account from the system. Does anyone know why this might be happening?

I have had the same problem repeatedly now, have been paying online since March 2019 and all of a sudden my December payment keeps being rejected and my account being deleted from the donations website.
