Rats. I was wondering if there was something that needed to get refreshed for it to start working. I guess it could still could be a cookie of some kind.

I am so sad! I am having the same problem. Page not found when trying to add notes on the scripture. When might this be fixed?

I'm not sure anyone's actually reported this problem, so I just submitted Feedback about it.

I reported it and never heard back. The auto response said to expect a response within 2-3 business days - it has been 5...

This is the feedback that I got. However, it doesn't help if your'e using a mac. I'll keep looking I guess...

Study Tools on LDS.org is in the process of being updated from HTML4 to HTML5 for compatibility with mobile devices using the Gospel Library App. We do not know when this process will be completed. Your annotations are not lost. Please check your annotations in the server, Notes on LDS.org (LDS.org> Sign In> My Account > Notes). In the future online study tools will become like Gospel Library App 4.x (mobile devices) which at present is already updated and has many more features. We encourage the use of Gospel Library App 4.x when possible. We encourage the use of Tags, annotations, and markings when using the Gospel Library Apps because they work with both Study Tools on LDS.org and the Gospel Library App 4.x.

Sometimes the problems are resolved in a day or two. Please try again.

If you have a computer running Windows 10. there is a Gospel Library Windows App (GLW). Please make sure that your Windows 10 is using the latest updates. This is newly released to the public as Version 4.0.5.0 on July 13, 2017. It is stand alone and will work on a computer or laptop running Windows 10. Use the following link to install the most current version of GLW. There is no Android or IOS version of the App for desktops or laptops.

To install GLW app use this link https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/p ... zdncrfj2k4 , Get the App > Open Store in the drop down at the top of the screen > Launch to install the App on a mobile device or on a computer/ laptop.

After the app is installed on each separate device, go to the Settings gear > About to check to ensure you have version 4.x Next, sync with Notes on LDS.org so that your backed up information will be on your new GWL App.

Thanks for the update on the issue. I guess one of the problems with their recommendations for Notes is that I find many times Notes doesn't work, either (see other threads). I wish they had some idea when this would be completed.

I thought my current problems were limited to just the scriptures, but I was trying to work with the latest general conference talks this morning and also ran into the Page Not Found error there.

When I've reported other issues, they've also encouraged me to use Gospel Library for Windows 10. I told them they needed a Gospel Library for Mac! Unfortunately, my Windows is Windows 7, so I can't load it there, either.

No response here, but the notes segment appears to be working again - at least here on my Mac.

Hooray! It's working for me today, too (I was using Chrome on a Mac). I'd kind of given up on trying to take notes in the scriptures, so I'm glad I saw your message. I tried it out this morning and I was able to take notes on the scriptures again!

Same here, for some reason it's working again.

I just herd back from my feedback submission. The response was similar to what kalebkjk reported. I think they must have a canned response by now. At least it's working again
