I have been having this same problem all week and am awaiting feedback from admins.
After reading this thread it appears I just need to keep being the squeaky wheel to get some help locally. Meanwhile my updates keep backing up!

I get Nuked as Admin about once a year
I have been nuked as stake admin on the website every year. I email the stake clerk and he reinstates me as the stake admin for the stake website.
