MLS can not log in
Yesterday I logged out from MLS after I made a backup and this morning I could not log in. All the names in the user list are gone. Do I need to reinstall MLS? I can not conntact GSC. No idea why.

Re: MLS can not log in
An email from the GSC gave the solution. I will copy it here so if some have the same problems they can check it here. We still are using Windows 7. Thanks for all the help. One suggestion I have for all those who use MLS Make a backup every time before you log off MLS.
This email is in response to your request to assist you with retrieving all the usernames in MLS.
Here are the instructions on how to do that. Please make sure MLS is turn off before moving forward with the steps.
-Go to C:\ProgramData\LDS Church\MLS\data\units\
2. Right click on unit number folder and drag it to the desktop (move it, don't just copy it)
3. Open MLS
4. Enter the unit's information
5. Select 'Restore from a File'
6. Restore the most recent good backup (one before the problem began)
