I was able to watch our Stake Conference on my laptop, from home yesterday afternoon and again last evening. But today, I only have video, and no audio.

What to do now?

I would start with a reboot and switching to Chrome (if you aren't already using it). From what I understand, most of the developers for that site use Chrome, so its the best tested browser.
If that doesn't work, call your Stake Technoligy Specialist.

That happened to us at a meeting house that was receiving stake conference with a notebook PC. For us, it was fixed by refreshing the web browser page. You might want to start there. Unfortunately, your conference has probably ended by now.
So we can better help you, please edit your Profile to include your general location.
