Hi,

I have alot of members that are....less than tech savvy, and would like help accessing their membership login and/or password.

I am not sure if this has been asked before, would there be a way to
a) see the username
b) email verified with username
and/or c) help reset their password.

What tools are available are available to the individual on the login screen under the "Forgot" links.

What non-techy savy elder people who do not know what they are doing are unable to access?
