I have a quick question, I am the membership clerk in our ward and I’m trying to grant access for our ministering secretaries to be able to see the ministering reports but I haven’t been able to figure that out. Is there a way to grant access to specific reports based on a calling?

The way you grant access is to make sure they are placed in the correct standard position. Note that it can take up to 24 hours for the rights to kick in.
There is no way to assign assess outside of standard position.
