Financial Report address change

At the top of our financial reports is shows an address for our bishop, but this address is incorrect. Bishops address is correct in his personal record though. Our stake clerk is unsure how to change this address on the financial reports as well.
Does anyone have any idea on how to change this address?

Is it possible the incorrect address is coming from CDOL? He can edit it there if it is wrong.
