Reordering deposit slips for ward bank deposits

Who do I contact or how do I reorder bank deposit slips for weekly ward tithing/fast offering donations? There was no reorder slip in the used booklets that I could find. I went to the bank and they were unable to pull up a reorder and just gave me blank deposit slips to use for now.
