Is there any way to remove Budget Categories that are not going to be used next year, like the Scouting Budget Category or the High Priest Group Budget?

Is there any way to remove Budget Categories that are not going to be used next year, like the Scouting Budget Category or the High Priest Group Budget?

I believe that once the balance in a category is zero, you should be able to hide it in MLS. It will stay in the system for the required retention period (in the U.S., for example, the current year plus three previous years, longer for other countries).

While the category is hidden, it will not generally show up in regular MLS financial activities.
