incorrect information on my record

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. how do I correct incorrect information on my church record?

You can update your contact information (email, phone number) but for anything else, you need to talk to your ward clerk/ward membership clerk.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
