ordering garments
I can get to my account but not the online store. My membership number is on my account. When I enter the same information that I use to go to my account, trying to get to the online store, it says my information is not accepted. What am I doing wrong?

I don't know if there's an 800 number, but the site seems to be up.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

The store had an outage over the last day or so. It should be back now.

I tried to log on today to order garments and it just kept loading the page. I was able to log into the main LDS site but it logged me out when I went to the store site.
Is it something that I am doing wrong?
