Sunday School Class Roster

Post by gpford5 »

Is it possible for a teacher to print a Sunday School class roster from Directory, or some other way?

I believe a clerk or leader has to do it, because it involves going to Organizations in LCR.

A member of the Sunday School presidency (president, counselors, or secretary) can also print the roll from Leader and Clerk Resources. Teachers aren't able to.

They can't print the list, but they can see who is in their class in LDS Tools.

I'd like to create a YSA class in Sunday School - is this possible?

You can split classes to create a second Gospel Doctrine class, or a second Gospel Principles class, or whatever type of class it will be. If I remember correctly, after splitting the class you can rename it to, for example, Gospel Doctrine (YSA).

Not sure if this is still accessible: I am unable to pull up a list as a Sunday School Teacher. A manual list can be created by me in LDS Tools, but there is no way for me to see who is in my 13 & 14-year-old class. If I am missing something, please let me know (could be user error or an internal issue). Thank you.

I have this same question as a newly called teacher.
... Never mind. I looked on forums where other people had posted similar questions and saw that Sunday School teachers do not have access to class lists online but that they can get a list from the Sunday School presidency. I will probably do that. Thank you!
