LCR Check Printing prints too high

#1

Post by rse43743 »

I tried printing checks in LCR and the text kept printing too high. Is there a way to force it to print slightly lower? The alignment seems off.

Make sure your PDF viewer is printing at 100% zoom and it set to Actual Size (and not 'Fit to Page' or something similar). I've not had any trouble printing checks from LCR (except once when another clerk had set the zoom to print a certificate on a 5x7 sheet and left it there and I didn't notice the setting).

Good point! The four checks we printed from LCR yesterday appeared to print everything in the correct location. Each check PDF opened in a new browser tab. I didn't think to look at the scaling/zoom factor.

Given my meetinghouse internet problems, I considered just saving the check PDFs to a flash drive, but that is probably also not approved.
