There are plans to develop LDS Music for Android, but I don't know the status of the project yet.

I'm very glad to hear this. I've been waiting for something like this for some time. Hope the Android project picks up steam soon. I love Gospel Library, LDS Tools, and Mormon Channel.

A few folks out there in 'Droid land are picking up the slack. I've used THIS free one that has musical notation with good success.
