We are now trying to clean up our records by moving out members that are no longer belong to our wards and quite a few wants not to change the address for some reason. Any idea of how other clerks handle this kind of situation? We know that if we don't move them to the respective ward then no missionary will be able to visit them and the more they become inactive.
