Usage
{{fontcolor|text_color|background_color|text}}
Examples:
- {{fontcolor|red|this is an important note}}: this is an important note (text is red).
- {{fontcolor||yellow|text with yellow background}}: text with yellow background (note that the text_color parameter is blank, so only the background color changes)
- {{fontcolor|yellow|green|yellow text on a green background}}: yellow text on a green background
