Designate head of household

There is a family in our ward whose mother is living in the household. She is shown in the records as OTHER and as part of the family. I'd like to show her as head of household as a seperate household but with the same address. Any thoughts about this process????

First of all, please note that questions in the wiki should only be asked in some Talk namespace -- never in the main namespace (which is reserved for actual articles). So I moved your "article" to your User Talk page.
