JIRA (pronounced JEER-a) is Atlassian's project management software used by LDSTech for bug tracking, issue tracking, and task planning. LDSTech project teams use JIRA to organize and track various tasks in their projects.

Project managers create and assign topics to LDSTech members using JIRA, so understanding its role is vital if you plan to take an active part in the LDSTech community. For an introductory tutorial on using JIRA, see the Beginner's guide to JIRA wiki page.

This isn't that much of a guide it needs to be a little more Informational...

The guide is available at the link mentioned in the article. This is only a summary/excerpt of a much lengthier article.

Thanks for the guide. Not what I was looking for though. I believe it would be better if you make this private, since its mostly for internal use at Church, rather than for ungrateful geeks. :) Anyway, nowadays anyone can be tough and rude over the web. Thanks again to whoever wrote this and sorry about my fellow human beings, they didn't know what they were writing. hehe :) Sorry about any spelling or grammar mistakes, it was the auto correct. hehehe
