This last option would be simple if you can, or already have, run a network cable to the overflow. I happen to have one there and so you can simply feed the building from that location without having to do any rewiring in the cabinet, which is a big plus. Yes this email address (streamingsupport@ldschurch.org) is the preferred method of requesting the link to an event like this. And Yes it still needs to be a member of the stake presidency to request it.

If it is a regional broadcast like above then yes there is almost always an Internet stream available. An email can be sent to streamingsupport@ldschurch.org to request that link.
