Go to LCR>Finance>Overview>Income and Expense Summary. Click the arrow to the left of Other and it should expand any sub-categories.

Yes.

Go to LCR>Finance>Expenses>Expense Summary, then click the Reference #. You can then click on the PDF Icon to the right of the Reference #. It should then open the IROP pdf.

If a receipt or invoice is not available, the member should make a full written explanation of the expense, including the date of purchase. The bishop or stake president should approve any reimbursement. The clerk can then prepare a reimbursement check and get the proper signatures. This is from htt...

In MLS go to Finances>Report>Income and Expense Report. In the drop down select details by sub category and choose the category.

It will show you both income and expense detail.

One of my units had the same problem. I reported to LUS and they sent down a fix that corrected the problem.

It sounds like they want the Federal Tax Identification Number. Check with your Stake Clerk first. If he doesn't have it, he can contact the Tax Department.

I am having the exact same problem for every unit in the stake for the same day. I just contacted CHQ and they said each of the units will have to contact them directly to clear them.
