New Transfer: Balance Forward

I was looking at my budget report, and noticed that the distribution center charges are twice what they were last week. There is an charge for $1.25 in both the expense and transfer columns. When I looked into it further, I found the transfer happened on 4/20, and realized that every expense we have...

I'm not sure what you are asking. Are you suggesting that you would enter the carryover budget amount in some category on the View/Edit Budget screen? If so, my answer would depend on what you plan to do with the carryover amount. If, for example, you have $3000 left over from last year and you ant...

I just found my answer in another thread . (See pots #17.) My next question is then, I just checked, and it appears that the income and expense report is not affected by using the View/Edit Budget. If I were to use that for putting the carryover budget from last year, can anyone think of potential n...

I noticed that after the close-out process that all of the categories in the ward budget were set to zero; none of the balances from 2010 were listed in the "Balance Forward" column on the Budget Allocation Report. I too have noticed this issue, and am wondering if this is just something that was o...

I'm sure you've already rectified the problem, but for anyone else who may run into a similar problem I found another solution. It is to add a new donor and use the membership record to create it. You will then need to merge the new donor record and the old one, with the new one as the first and the...

It appears that the IRS letter of determination, is just the letter from the IRS stating their decision after an application for tax exempt status has been submitted. (see this link.) As for getting them, I am uncertain how to go about doing that.

The cover letter said that unit leaders had been informed seperately, so I assume that means that wards received a similar report specifically for their wards. I have not yet verified this. I can verify that my ward has received a letter stating what is expected for us. It is broken down by categor...

We too are having this problem in our ward. I haven't contacted the stake clerk yet to see what he can do to help. I also have done several send/receives, and it still shows up. I believe we had a problem with transmission, and it got hung up and didn't go through that night. I tried it again anothe...

Donor Records and Status after Transition to CUBS

Before we transitioned to CUBs, we had some donors who didn't have their donor record associated with their member record. I went to check on those and noticed that they were marked as Nonmembers, instead of remaining as a member without a record number. We had received a couple of records over the ...
