If the new printer is close to the old one (such as both are HP LaserJets), you might just want to let the old stuff print to the new printer. I'd be more than happy to let the old stuff print to the new printer if I knew how to direct those queued items to the new printer. Although I guess there's...

Any way to Reprint last X reports in MLS?

Our ward recently had a printer die on them, and when it died, there were several reports trying to print from MLS. These reports were the ones that had resulted from a "Send/Receive Changes". These print jobs are still in the print queue for the old printer, but Googling around I've yet to find a g...

Followup

After waiting on a hold for just a couple minutes, I was told that apparently this is not a localized problem, so they're working on it.

Message this morning: "Your stake is not particpating in this program"

This morning I am trying to log in to see if we have new records to attach pictures to, as they generally show up on Tuesday morning. Strangely I am getting an error message when I attempt to login that says "Your stake is not participating in this program.", even though we've been participating for...

Latest experiences with photos moving across wards

Church Headquarters does not keep a database of members pictures. If a picture is posted in a unit and the member moves to another ward, the picture does not go along with the membership record. I took a picture of a member and loaded it on our ward unit website. They moved out of the ward. When I ...

The neat thing is, the photograph goes with the member when they move wards. Is this something that still happens? I've been running our site for a few months now, and was helping with it before that (we have really high turnover) and have yet to see anyone's record come in with a photo attached. I...
