Is there a way to show the training to a group and record who attended some way? We have several older members that look at me strangely when I tell them to log in to their account and watch the training.

I tried printing a Directory of Members. I customized using all fields, and two columns per page. The report is coming out long, and lines are not correct. Anyone else facing this same difficulty? If we have problems with our missionary balances, where do I call to talk to someone at CHQ?

Thanks for the pointers, I have seen missing Missionary payments in much the same way. The donor report only shows donations from around the time of cubs until present, but we know there were other donations before that time.
