Turns out after a recent update we lost a number of people from their callings. I was one of them. I will have to go back and re-input them. The only problem is since the update there is no longer a "clerk" position in "standard callings" for me to plug myself into. Any ideas?

Well, I checked at the branch and it was entered as a standard calling (displayed in black text). I removed the calling and re-entered it, then sent the changes and that didn't help. I checked the CDOL and it hasn't updated either. Any other ideas?
